1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix (crumbled) - cook per box
4 tomatoes, diced
1 1/2 c. mayo mixed with 1/2 c. pickle juice
1 bell pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place one half of the cooked bread in a 12x9 pan. Put tomatoes with sauted green peppers and onions on the layer. Next put the mayo dressing over them. Place the other half of the corn bread on top of the mixture.
