20 oz. package of frozen Corn
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 c. milk
1 1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook frozen corn per package directions. Melt butter in saucepan and add flour to form a paste. Cook flour and butter for one minute, whisking the entire time. Slowing add milk and cream. Add seasonings. Continue whisking until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat and add corn. Serve warm.
