6 zucchini thinly sliced
2 carrots thinly sliced
1 med onion, thinly sliced
4 c. water
6 chicken bullion cubes
1- 8oz package cream cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook zucchini, carrots and onion in bullion cubes dissolved in water until tender (about 15 minutes). Pour mixture, juice and all, into blender and puree; add cream cheese a little at a time. Serve cold.
