4 sq semi-sweet chocolate
2 sticks margarine
3 c broken pecan halves
1 3/4 c sugar
1 c unsifted flour
4 lg eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and margarine in saucepan. Add pecans and stir until well coated. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour and unbeaten eggs. Mix until well blended. DO NOT BEAT. Stir in vanilla. Place paper baking cups in muffin tins and completely fill with batter. Bake at 325 for 35 minutes. Cool 8-10 minutes in muffin tins before removing.
