Ingredients:
1c. Water
1/2c. Butter
1/8tsp. Salt
1c. Flour
4 Eggs

Filling: Mix together
large box Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 1/2c. milk
3c. Cool Whip (I use all of 1 large tub)

Icing:
1/2c. Butter
3tbsp. Cocoa (heaping)
2tsp. Vanilla
4c. Powder Sugar
2tbsp. Milk (I usually add more milk as I go)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, combine water, butter, salt. Bring to a boil. Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously. Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Cool for 10 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well with a wooden spoon after each addition.

2. Drop dough by heaping spoonfuls, 3" apart, onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes or until golden. Cool on wire rack.

3. While puffs are cooking, make filling. Add 1 1/2c. milk to pudding and let set for 5 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Do not stir too much.

4. Cut tops from puffs; remove soft dough from inside. Fill with filling and replace tops. Refrigerate while you make the icing.

5. Icing: Melt butter and then stir in unsweetened cocoa; stir constantly until it becomes a paste. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Add milk and powder sugar, stir well. While icing is still hot, drizzle a spoonful over each cream puff to cover the top; I keep icing on the stove at lowest heat and keep stirring after icing each cream puff, add a little milk if it gets too thick. Refrigerate for about an hour.
