4 chicken breast, flattened
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
11/2 tsp dried tarragon leaves, crumbled or 21/2 tbsp fresh tarragon leaves, minced
1 tbsp butter
1 c heavy cream
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Season both sides of chicken with 1/4 tsp salt and pepper. Sprinkle with tarragon. Saute in butter and remove from pan. Add cram to pan drippings and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring often, 4 minutes or until cream has thickened and is reduced to 2/3 cup. Stir in lemon juice and the remaining salt and pepper. Pour over chicken
