3 egg yolks
2 T. sugar
2 T. vinegar
1 T. butter
Dash of Salt
2 T. pineapple juice
1 c. whipped cream
2 c. pitted white cherries (canned/drained)
2 c. pineapple bits (canned/drained)
2 cans Mandarin oranges
2 c. marshmallows (miniature)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg yolks, sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice, butter and salt in a double boiler. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Fold in whipped cream, fruit, marshmallows. Top with orange sections and cherries.
