1 (14 oz) bottle ketchup
1 T. prepared mustard
3 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 T. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 large onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
2 lb. ground chuck

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ketchup, mustard, sugar, salt, paprika, vinegar, water and pepper in a saucepan. Heat and simmer 15 minutes.

In the meantime, saute celery and onion until transparent. Add ground chack and brown, cooking thoroughly. Drain the meat mixture, mix with the sauce and cover, simmering for 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
