2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. bread crumbs or crackers
2 (10 oz) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 1/2 c. (16 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese divided
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven at 350. In small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add crumbs. Cook and stir until lightly browned. Set aside. In medium bowl, combine spinach, 1 c. cheese, sour cream and soup mix. Pour into a greased 11 x 7 baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c. cheese with the brown crumbs. Cook for 45 minutes, until the cheese is light brown.
