8-10 large chicken breasts
1 bunch green onions
2 medium white onions
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 stick butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 lb. mild Mexican Velveeta cheese
Creole seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken, debone, and cut up into small pieces.
Chop all of the onions and mushrooms.
Saute the onions and mushroom in the butter.
Add soups and cheese.
Add chicken.
Season to taste.
You can add some of the chicken broth to make soup the consistency you like.
