1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/3 cup butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Melt butter in 13"x9" baking dish. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a paper or platic bag. Add potatoes and shake until coated. Place potatoes in baking dish and stir to coat with the melted butter. Bake for 1 hour, turning potatoes once.
