1 9" pie crust, baked and cooled
3 large tomatoes, thickly sliced
salt and pepper
sprinkle basil
sprinkle chives
3 green onions, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Fill pie shell with tomatoes; add seasonings. Top with green onions. Mix mayonnaise and cheese and spread over top of tomatoes. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
