1 c flour
3/4 c sugar
2 T cocoa
2 T baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c milk
2 T vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 c nuts, chopped
1 c packed brown sugar
1/4 c cocoa
1 3/4 c hottest tap water
Ice Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, 2 T cocoa, baking powder and salt in ungreased square 9x9" pan. Mix in milk, oil and vanilla with fork until smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 c cocoa. Pour hot water over batter and bake 40 minutes in a 350 oven. While warm serve in dishes with ice cream.
