SIFT TOGETHER:
1 c sugar
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c cocoa

ADD TO THIS:
1 T vinegar
1/2 c oil
1 c water
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Mix until smooth. Pour into ungreased 9" square pan. Bake 25-30 minutes in 325 oven.
