4 boneless chicken breasts
1 green pepper
1 container fresh sliced mushrooms (can use canned if you don't have fresh)
1 C monterey jack or pepper jack cheese

Marinade:
1/4 C soy sauce
1 Can Sprite

Honey Mustard Sauce:
1/2 C mayo
1 T honey
1T dijon mustard, regular mustard, or 1/2T dried mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken in 1/4 C soy sauce and 1 can of Sprite for a few hours or overnight. Remove breasts and grill until juices run clear. Place a large piece of foil on the grill, transfer chicken over to the foil and put them close together. Spread a little bit of the sauce over each breast, cover with green peppers, mushrooms, and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. When serving place chicken on a small amount of sauce and top with bacon bits (opt) and remaining sauce.
