1 T. margarine
1/4 c. dry white wine
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 lb. scallops

Directions:
Directions:
Heat margarine, wine, lemon & thyme. Pour over rinsed scallops. Marinate for 15 - 20 minutes at room temperature. Bake at 450 for 5 to 6 minutes. Do not overcook. 165 calories!
