4 lean pork chops
1/2 c flour
1 T salt
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 T oil
1 can chicken and rice soup

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge the pork chops in a mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic powder. Brown in oil in large skillet. Place the browned pork chops in a casserole dish. Add the can of soup and bake approximately 3 hours at 350. Can also be cooked in a crockpot for 3 1/2 hours on High.
