12 pieces of chicken
1 small bottle of Red Russian dressing
12 oz apricot preserves
1 pkg dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9x15" pan with foil. Place chicken pieces in pan. Mix the soup mix, preserves and salad dressing together. Spread over chicken and bake 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours in 350 oven. Do not cover, salt or turn chicken while baking.
