1 lb hamburger
1/4 c dry bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c water
2 T parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, onion and eggs. Shape into meatballs. Brown and pour off fat. Stir in soup, water and parsley. Cook on low heat 20 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally.
