8 - 10 oz. of small or cocktail cooked frozen shrimp
6 - 8 mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. onion, diced
1 tsp. chopped garlic
3 T. white cooking wine
1 tsp. basil
1 T. olive oil
1 - 2 T. capers, drained
salt & pepper
wild rice pkg. prepared

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in medium sized skillet and add garlic, onion, capers and basil. Brown for 1 minute. Add frozen shrimp, mushrooms and wine, salt & pepper. Simmer until shrimp is cooked white, no more than 10 minutes or it gets tough. Serve over rice.
