2 lbs roast (steaks or stew meat work too), cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 cup 7-Up

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in a casserole dish. Pour undiluted cream of mushroom soup, dry soup mix and 7-Up over meat. Do not stir. Cover with well-fitting lid or foil. Bake at 275 for 4 hours. Do not open oven during baking. Let stand 30 minutes before serving. Serve over rice, noodles, mashed potatoes or bread. Can be frozen or microwaved.
