1 lb. top round steak, cut in bite size pieces
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3/4 c. burgundy wine or red cooking wine
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
12 fresh mushrooms, sliced
8 oz. noodles, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in skillet. Sprinkle with dry soup mix. Mix wine and mushroom soup and pour over meat. Add mushrooms and bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover, and simmer 30 minutes. Check after 15 min. to see if it needs water. Serve over noodles. 510 calories and 9 gr. fat.
