4 chicken breasts, cooked & cubed
1lb. penne pasta
1/2c. pine nutes, toasted
1 jar julienne sun-dried tomatoes, lightly drained
1 bunch asparagus (al dente), cut into 2" pieces
2 jars artichoke hearts, cut into quarters, drained
1 can olives, drained
2c. sliced mushrooms
1 jar Italian dressing
1/2c. parmesan cheese (to taste)

Directions:
In pan, saute 2tbsp. butter and pinenuts until brown. Add tomatoes, asparagus, artichokes, olives, and mushrooms. Saute until warmed. Add chicken and cooked pasta. Put in 9x13 pan and pour dressing over dish. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
**set tin foil loosely over dish if pasta looks like is getting dry.
