Pesto
Fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
Sun-dried Tomatoes, drained & julienne
Minced Garlic
Butter
2 Phyllo sheets

Directions:
Directions:
Mix equal amounts of pesto, parmesan, tomatoes, & a little garlic for desired taste. Spread butter on each thawed phyllo sheet, then layer on over the other. Spread pesto mixture over the dough. Roll it up, brush with MORE butter and bake at 350 until golden. Slice and serve.

*Can fill phyllo with lots of different ingredients:
cinnamon & sugar
Alouette seasoned spread w/ Real bacon bits
anything you can think of!
