4 pork chops Celery & Onion 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 tsp thyme 1 1/2 c water 2 c Minute Rice - uncooked
Brown pork chops. In skillet, brown chopped celery and onion. Add soup, thyme and water. Heat thoroughly. Put rice in bottom of casserole dish. Pour hot soup mixture over rice. Add pork chops in layers or can be put on top. Bake at 300º for 45 minutes.
