4 - 6 whole chicken breasts
2 pkgs frozen broccoli
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 c of mayonnaise
3/4 tsp curry powder
1 T lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c grated cheese
Cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Stew chicken (can be cooked with chopped onion) in salted water. Bone and cut into pieces. Cook and drain broccoli. Mix soup, mayo, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and pepper. Place broccoli in bottom of 8x12" casserole dish. Put chicken pieces over broccoli and then pour mixture over it. Cover with cracker crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
