1 small box strawberry jello 3 T cornstarch 1 c sugar 1 c hot water 1 pt fresh strawberries 1 tsp salt 1 baked pie shell
In a medium sauce pan, mix jello, cornstarch, salt & sugar then add hot water. Bring mixture to a full boil while stirring. Remove from heat and beat well. Place sliced berries in baked pie shell & pour cooled mixture over the berries. Keep in refrigerator. Top with cool whip or dream whip.
