Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 cloves crushed garlic
4 eggs boiled for 3 min.
6 Tbsp. lemon juice (juice from 2 lemons)
1/2 cup grated cheese
Crushed black pepper to taste
*************
1 c olive oil
6 chopped anchovies

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender except oil and anchovies. Mix. While blender is on, add oil to emulsify. I don't add the anchovies until I'm ready to serve (otherwise, it shortens the "shelf life" of the dressing). Add chopped avocado, crumbled bacon, grated cheese and croutons to romaine. Then dress.
Variations: add chicken or shrimp to make a meal out of this salad:)
