2 Diced and seeded tomatoes
Olive Oil
1 red onion chopped sauteed in olive oil
1 tbsp Basil
2 Cloves fresh garlic
1 tbsp Oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Place diced tomatos in a large bowl. Add sauteed onions to the bowl. Stir well add oregano, basil and pressed garlic. Mix well. Pour enough olive oil over the mix just to put a small coat over it. Do not stir. Place in the fridge over night and stir the next morning. Serve on french bread.
