1 c. margarine 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 31/2 c. plain flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. buttermilk or 1/2 c. milk & 1/2 tsp. vinegar (let stand a few) 4 bananas 1/2 c. crushed pecans
Cream wet ingrediants then add eggs to that, then dry. Blend well, add bananas last. Pour into greased 9x13. Bake @ 350º for 3/4 to 1 hour.
