8 slices white bread, crusts removed
1/2 c butter
1/4 lb fresh mushrooms
2 T butter
2 c cooked chicken, cup up
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/3 c ripe olives, sliced
3/4 c mayonnaise
2 T onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c dairy sour cream
2 T sherry
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Butter both sides of bread and place 8 slices in a 9x13" casserole dish. Saute mushrooms in 2 T butter. Combine mushrooms, chicken, eggs, olives, mayonnaise and onions; pour over bread. Combine soup, sour cream and sherry; pour over top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30 minutes at 325.
