2 lbs ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp BBQ sauce
1 c saltine crackers, finely crushed
1 T worcestershire sauce
1 T soy sauce
1 large onion, very finely chopped
1 large bell pepper, very finely chopped
1 extra large egg or 2 medium

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients very thoroughly and squeeze into TIGHT meatballs from 1 1/2 to 1 3/4" in diameter. Place on grill pan slightly touching and bake at 350 for about 25 to 30 minutes.
Place in crockpot to keep warm and cover with Gates BBQ sauce.
