8 oz bottle of Russian salad dressing
12 oz jar apricot preserves
1 packet of Lipton dry onion soup mix
6 boneless skinless chicken breast
hot cooked white rice to serve with chicken.


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325F
Mix first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat until combined. Place chicken in a greased baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake 1 hour or until chicken is thoroughly baked. Serve over rice.
