Drippings from turkey or roasts
1/4 cup flour
2 cups broth from boiled potatoes
Kitchen Bouquet (for beef roasts)

Directions:
Directions:
Remove turkey, or roast from baking pan. Remove excess fat, add small amount of water to the drippings and stir to loosen drippings. Pour into a sauce pan. Add potato broth, salt & pepper and bring to a boil.

In a small mixing bowl mix together water and flour until smooth. Slowly pour to dripping mixture stirring constantly. Cook until smooth and thickened. Serve

For beef roast add and stir Kitchen Bouquet.
