1 lb. ground beef
2 small cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 cup mixed Mexican cheese
2 cups cold water
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp. butter

In sauce pan brown and cook together the first 8 ingredients for 20 minutes, stirring often.

In a sauce pan mush together the last five ingredients, cook until thick.

Line iron skillet with the mush, pour on sauce. Drop remaining mush in small amount on top.

Bake 350 40 minutes

Serve with Ketchup or hot sauce
