5 cups cooked fresh sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 tsps. vanilla

Topping:

1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Boil or bake potatoes until tender. Peel and mash.

Mix all ingredient together and pour into greased casserole dish.

Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes.

Bake 350 30 minutes

Sweet potatoes can be cooked the day before. Heat and mash when ready to prepare.
