1# Split Peas
Ham Bone w/ Ham
1 Onion Chopped
1 Bay Leaf
1/2 Cup Diced Celery
2 Qts. Water
2 Potatoes Diced
2 Small Carrots Diced
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place ham bone in pot with water, bring to boil, let simmer most of day. May have to add more water. Add peas, then take bone out and cut off ham. Add rest of ingredients, bring to boil, then simmer for a couple hours, stirring occasionally.
