1/4 lbs. bacon, cut in pieces
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tbs. flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt and a dash of pepper
1/2 cup vinegar
6 cups diced cooked potatoes
3 hard boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp, drain reserving 1/4 cup drippings. Cook onion in reserved drippings. Blend in flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Add vinegar and 1 cup water. Cook until thick and bubbly. Add potatoes, bacon and eggs. Mix thoroughly tossing lightly. Garnis with parsley and bacon curls.
