1/2# Shrimp, Peeled & Deveined, Chopped
1 Can Lump Crab Meat, Drained
4 Tablespoons Butter
1/4 Cup Onion, Chopped Finely
6 Tablespoons Flour
1 Can Chicken Broth
1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Seasoned Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/4 Cup Dry Sherry
1 Can Tomato Soup
1-1/2 Cups Half & Half

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan melt butter over medium heat & saute onion until tender. Stir in flour & cook till thick & smooth. Gradually stir in chicken broth. Increase heat to medium high. Add cayenne pepper, seasoned salt & pepper. Cook until thickened, stirring frequently about 10 minutes. Stir in shrimp, crab & sherry. Cover & simmer 15 minutes. Blend in tomato soup and half & half. Heat thoroughly.
