1 small loaf (8oz.) French or Italian bread, cut in 3/4 in. cubes
1 cup cooked ham, cut in 1/2 in. cubes
1 1/2 cups small Broccoli flowerets
2 cups Sargento four cheese, shredded
6 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 1/2 cups milk
2 tbsp. butter melted

In a buttered 13" x 9" casserole dish layer half the bread, half of the ham, all of the broccoli and 1 cup cheese. Repeat layering the remaining bread, ham and cheese. Press down lightly. (dish will be very full)

In a large bowl combine eggs and mustard. Stir in milk and butter. Pour evenly over cheese mixture. Let stand 15 minutes or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.

Bake 350 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with sweet rolls or nut bread and melons and fruit.
