1 c shortening
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 well-beaten eggs
1 c peanut butter
1 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
dash salt
3 c flour
dash vanilla
2 c chocolate chips

Cream all but flour and blend well. Mix in flour a cup at a time and then add chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees on greased cookie sheet for 10 minutes.
