1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Sliced Celery
2 Tablespoons Margarine
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1/2 Cup Beef Broth
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
2 Tablespoons Water
3/4 Cup Sauerkraut Rinsed & Drained
2 Cups Light Cream
2 Cups Corned Beef, Cooked & Chopped
1 Cup Swiss Cheese Shredded
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large pan saute onion & celery in butter. Add broth & baking soda. Combine cornstarch & water then add to pan. Bring to boil (2 min.) stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; add kraut, cream & corned beef. Simmer & stir for 15 min. Add cheese & heat until melted. Add salt & pepper.
