1 Lg. Can Minced Clams (Drain, Save Juice)
3 Slices Bacon (Cooked Crisp, Break Into Pieces)
1 Medium Onion, Minced
1 Lg. Potatoe, Cubed
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
1-1/2 Cups Half & Half or Milk
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Save Two Tablespoons of Bacon Drippings, Saute Onions In Drippings 4-5 Minutes. Add Clam Juice & Potatoes. Cover & Cook Over Low Heat Until Potatoes Are Tender, About 15 Minutes.
Reserve A Few Pieces Of Bacon For Garnish. Add Remaining Bacon, Clams, Soup, Milk & Pepper. Cook Over Low Until Heated Through.

Serve With Oyster Crackers
