2 bunches asparagus, tough ends trimmed
2 lemons, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Toss asparagus, lemon slices, oil, oregano, salt and pepper on large cookie sheet. Roast, shaking the pan occasionally to toss, until the asparagus is tender-crisp, about 13-15 minutes. Only has 91 calories!
