1 1/2 cups of yellow cornmeal
2 eggs
1 can of creamed corn
2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup vegetable oil
3 tbsp bell pepper
2 tbsp onion
2 tsp salt
2 tsp Tony Chachere's
4 Jalapeño peppers, chopped
1 cup sharp cheese

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
