3 or 4 flour tortillas
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
1/2 c. diced roasted green chilies, more as desired
1 (10 oz) can tomato soup
1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
Longhorn cheese
Optional to add garlic salt or diced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain off fat. Salt and pepper to taste. Add soups and green chili; stir together. In round casserole dish start layering with 1 flour tortilla, then layer of meat/soup/green chili mixture and top with cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top. Bake in oven at 350 until cheese is bubbly.
