3 c.Flour
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar (to taste)
2 Eggs
3/4 c. Milk
1 c.Crisco (no substitution)
2 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.

Add flour if necessary until dough does not stick to hands.

Take a small ball of dough and roll out a little thicker than a pencil.

Cut into 3 inch pieces and form the letter S with each piece.

Continue until all dough is used.

Place biscotti on lightly greased cookie sheets.

Bake at 350 for about 15 to 20 minutes. Check to make sure they don't burn. Should be light gold in color.

Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Enjoy.
