2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
4 medium potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter in 1 cup glass measure and cook on high, 45 seconds. Set aside. Stir together cheese, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Dip cut side in butter, then in cheese mixture. Place potatoes, cut-side up, in shallow microwave-proof baking dish. Cook on high 10-12 minutes, or until tender. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
