Crust:
1-1/2 c. potato flakes
8 oz. sour cream
2/3 c. water
Filling:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. taco sauce
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Topping:
1-1/2 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped tomato
1 c. slightly crushed tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Combine crust ingredients. Press into 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes. In skillet, brown ground beef, drain. Stir in taco sauce, heat through. Combine meat mixture and cheese; spread over baked crust. Arrange lettuce and tomato on top of beef mixture around outside edge. Sprinkle tortilla chips over lettuce and tomato. Serve with additional taco sauce, if desired.
