2 pkg 10-oz ea frozen spinach, drain well
2 c pkg stuffing mix
1 c grated parmesan cheese
6 eggs beaten
3/4 c butter softened
salt to taste
garlic salt to taste
pepper to taste
chopped dry onions to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and roll into balls. Freeze. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 preheated oven for 10 minutes

I usually use about 1 tablespoon total of the salt, pepper, garlic salt and chopped dry onions in this recipe.
